What we did:
We acquired the project during construction and fitted out all seven apartments to a high-end specification, then launched and have operated the building ourselves from day one guest experience, standards and revenue management all handled in-house. As we consolidate our aparthotels under a single brand, Castle Terrace now operates as part of Stay Hush.
Today:
Stay Hush Castle Terrace has traded strongly since opening, holding a 9.3/10 guest rating on Booking.com among the highest-rated serviced apartments in the city at 93% occupancy. It is a core, long-term asset in the LSG portfolio, and the clearest proof of how we create and run prime hospitality.
