Who We Are
LSG Capital is a privately owned platform investing in prime Scottish real estate and hospitality. We were founded by Stuart George and Lawson Steele on a single conviction: that the value in property is created as much by how an asset is run as by how well it is bought. So we do both we acquire and reposition prime assets, and we operate them ourselves.
How we’re Built
LSG Capital operates through a small group of dedicated entities, each holding a specific asset, backed by an in-house operating team that runs our aparthotels day to day under the Stay Hush brand. This structure keeps ownership, capital, and operations aligned under one roof rather than split across a landlord, an operator, and a manager with different incentives.

Alignment first
Our own capital is in every asset. We only ask others to invest where we have invested ourselves.
Own and operate
We run what we buy, because that is where lasting value is made and protected.
Local conviction
We invest where we have real depth. We have started and scaled in Edinburgh, believing it to be one of the strongest hospitality markets in Europe.
A long horizon
We buy assets we intend to hold and improve, and we decide accordingly.
