The Founders Story
Stuart George and Lawson Steele founded LSG Capital together in 2023, having been business partners for over a decade. They met at the investment group Parabola in 2014 and left together to co-found the Windward Energy group Bute Energy, Green GEN Cymru, and Haldane Energy.
Within Windward, they helped build one of the UK's largest independent onshore renewable energy developers, alongside its grid infrastructure business, Green GEN Cymru, attracting more than £600 million of institutional capital from partners including Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners one of the world's largest dedicated infrastructure investors and the Wales Pension Partnership.
They also incubated and scaled Haldane Energy, a long-duration energy storage business.
Within LSG, they bring that same discipline sourcing, capitalising, building real assets, and scaling operational capability to real estate and hospitality.

David Dunne
David leads operations across LSG's portfolio Stay Hush Castle Terrace, Stay Hush Royal Mile and Mile Yard, serving as the platform's senior operational lead and a driving force behind the culture of the business.
David brings over seventeen years in hospitality, specialising in hotel openings, food and beverage, and people management. Before joining LSG, he was Director of F&B at The Hoxton, leading openings across the UK and Europe, where he was named Ennismore's Global Hero from a workforce of 17,000.
Earlier in his career, he served as Director of Operations at Marriott's Edinburgh Holyrood hotel. David also led pre-opening F&B at the Fife Arms in Braemar, named the UK's best hotel on opening. His track record of opening and running premium hotels forms the operating backbone of how LSG runs its assets in-house.
Juliette Louzon
Juliette is General Manager across LSG's aparthotels, Stay Hush Castle Terrace and Stay Hush Royal Mile. She is responsible for rooms, day-to-day operations, supplier relationships and for the guest experience that underpins the Stay Hush brand.
Juliette joins LSG from The Roseate, the five-star hotel in Edinburgh, where she was General Manager, and earlier supported the opening of Virgin Hotels Edinburgh. On the opening of Stay Hush Royal Mile she will be based on site as the flagship's General Manager and principal point of contact for guests bringing five-star operational standards to the guest experience every day.

Miranda Lamont
Miranda runs the operational and governance engine of LSG board and reporting cadence, management information, finance operations and lender reporting, and the systems that let the platform run multiple assets cleanly.
She joined LSG from the Windward Energy group, where she was Business Manager first at Bute Energy and then at Green GEN Cymru holding the corporate rhythm of institutionally-backed businesses and working directly alongside the Managing Director and CEO. She brings that same discipline to LSG: board-grade reporting, financial control, and the operational backbone that lets a small platform scale without losing its grip.
